Dexter Jackson or Lawyer Milloy?
In the offseason before the 2006 season the Bengals needed a safety. They had a few choices in free agency. Coming off of a division title and an enigmatic defense who took the ball away from opponents with ease. For once we could attract a quality free agent. My sister at the time worked at The Precinct resturaunt a favorite of local big wigs. She spotted Marvin and a, then free agent Lawyer Milloy along with his agent. (she had to ask the bartender who Lawyer was which was later confirmed in the paper) So as we know the Bengals didnt get that deal done. In the next few weeks they signed former tampa bay buc Dexter Jackson.
Here are their stats from last year. Take into consideration that Jackson played less games because of injury.
Lawyer Milloy- 91 total tackles, 77 solo, 3 for loss, 2 int
Jackson- 72 total tackles, 44 solo, 4 for loss, 0.5 sacks, 1 ff, 2 int
they are actually pretty close
I also noticed that Atlanta has picked up a few of our scrap heap send offs.

Bengals and Rivers close to deal?
profootballtalk.com is reporting that the Bengals and first round pick lb Keith Rivers are close to a deal finally. He could be at practice tomorrow morning....
Man, I hop so. I hope it doesnt screw up his conditioning and get him hurt like pollack(hammy, not neck. althogh maybe if he had attended camp maybe he would have learned to tackle with your head up) We need line backers bottom line.
Wow sports talk today
Just heard "AC" from ky totally lose it on the air. A guy just got his number and he screamed at him. He really sounded foolish to me. The caller Rex said that when people disagree with ac he calls them names and talks down to them. He does. So ac freaked on him and started yelling at rex to talk down to him. It made no sense. You could tell by that that he was emotional and out of control. That guy can dish it out all day, but one little call and he loses it?real mature
