After listening to the Marvin Lewis press conference today, I laughed alot. I wish every one was like that one. I did make a few observations.

1. People often ask the reporters why they dont ask harder hitting questions. They usually say that if you get on a coach's bad side, he wont answer your questions. Today, Dustin Dow asked something the coach didnt like. And yet, he will be back next week and the week after that. Marvin will answer his future questions.

So, that excuse for not asking questions that may insult or upset the coach, is bogus. Maybe its true in a bigger market, but not here.

2. Reporter's hide behind the readers when it suits them, and coaches hide behind the team when it suits them.

Dustin Dow invoked the fans today as if he were the people's champion, there to stand up for them.

Then Marvin said something about how the "internal" things are all that matter.

Its the same thing.
