Joe Alexander AKA combine superman has a pretty cool nickname:  Vanilla Sky.

The NBA draft and trade rumors are hypnotic.  I love it. 

• Jermaine O'Neil possibly being traded to Toronto? 
  
• Nets trading Richard Jefferson to Bucks for Bobby Simmons and Yi Jianlian.  (sounds like a great deal for the Nets)

Teams to watch:

The Portland Trailblazers were the most exciting team to watch last year with all of their moves and they are poised for another big night tonight.  They have already acquired the 27th pick in the first round from the Hornets. They now have the 13th, 27th, 33rd, 36th, 55th picks.  There are rumors that they are in talks to move up to the 10th pick to pick up Westbrook or Love.  There were also rumors that they were trying to move up to the 5th pick also.

The Miami Heat have the second pick and are shopping the pick for the right deal that would include a point guard?  Memphis's Mike Conley Jr. has been mentioned.

Memphis Grizzlies are shopping their 5th overall pick.  Lots of teams are rumored to be attached to that pick.  Nothing yet. 

I'm keeping an eye on a few sites tonight.   The biggies like ESPN and CBS but I like smaller sites like:

I watched parts of the Suns/Spurs as well as Hornets/Mavs.

I have a feeling this will be Chris Paul's coming out party and will look for him to appear in more commercials like DWade and Sir Charles down the road.
