Brandon Phillips made his last hit of the season count, driving in the
winning run of Tuesday's 5-4, 11-inning victory over the Brewers in
Milwaukee.
Earlier in the at-bat, Phillips suffered a broken right index finger
when he was hit by a pitch attempting to bunt. He was scheduled to
return to Cincinnati on Wednesday to have the finger examined.
Phillips finishes the season hitting .262 with 21 home runs, 23 stolen bases and 77 RBIs.
