Even though Lansing continued their winning ways against Dayton last by beating the boys 3-2; the Ft Wayne Wizards did their part to help the Dragons make the playoffs by dropping a 2-0 decision in eleven innings to the South Bend Silverhawks.

Juan Rafeal (3-2, 4.62) pitched six innings giving up only three runs but the Dragons could not find any run support for him or any othe pitcher as they collected a total of seven hits over nine innings.

There are seven games left in the regular season as Dayton will continue their series with Lansing tonight at Oldsmobile Park at 7:05PM.
