This is an updated photo of my bobblehead collection.
A Clean 600!!!
Congratulations to Jr. on his 600th HomeRun. Too bad the majority of baseball fans in Cincinnati never really appreciated Jr.'s play and effort since he became a Red. 600 HR's is awesome. It means even more knowing that Jr. did it the right way.
Congratulations to the Champs!!!!
After 18 long years Cincinnati finally has another professional champion. The Cincinnati Cyclones won the ECHL Championship on Thursday June 5, 2008. I wonder if the Cyclones management would consider giving a pep talk to the other two professional sports franchises in town?
The Collection....
I collect bobbleheads. My bobblehead collection began in 2001 with a Cincinnati Reds Pete Harnisch stadium give away bobblehed. My collection as of April 22, 2008 totals 105 bobbleheads.
In the summer of 2007 I began to contact every MLB team to ask if they would send me a stadium give away bobblehead to add to my collection. After I recieved a couple of MLB bobbleheads I expanded my request to include NHL and NBA teams. To date the teams that have sent me bobbbleheads are: (MLB) Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, Toronto Blue Jays, Chicago White Sox and Texas Rangers (NBA) Minnesota Timberwolves, Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors (NHL) Tampa Bay Lightning and New Jersey Devils.
Wildcat turned Timberwolf...
I want to thank Sarah from the Minnesota Timberwolves for sending me this Randy Foye bobblehead. This bobble head was given away to the first 5000 fans in attendance at the January 19, 2007 game against the Detroit Pistons. Randy played his college basketball at Villanova. He was the 7th overall pick in the 2006 draft.
