Female clubbers were refused entry into Havana nightclub on Saturday night for being too fat.  Police were called to calm the situation outside the Halkett Street club as bouncers and manager Martin Sayers allegedly told women to ‘go away and lose some weight.'

I've been trying to follow the Reds via the phone/internet while I've been down here....can't say I feel like I've missed much.  Swept by the Nationals??  Is there a rule against quitting early...ya know, the "mercy rule."  Because I'd have to think we'd all be willing to call mercy.

The Reds have officially reached a season low point - literally and figuratively.  Literally: They are a season-high 10 games under .500 in the wake of Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Washington Nationals at Nationals Park.  Figuratively: It doesn't get much worse than getting swept by the Nats - even on the road. The Nationals went 5-23 in July and even with the sweep still have the worst record in baseball. The Nationals hadn't won back-to-back home games since May.
