With a new season of 24 around the corner...I can only hope that the producers find a way to get Elisha Cuthbert back on the show. Cuz when you look like this....you need to be on my moving picture box.

Lengthy update on Plaxico Burress...doesn't look good
Plaxico Burress' lawyer said Sunday he was advised that the Giants' star receiver will be charged with criminal possession of a weapon after accidentally shooting himself in the right thigh. Lawyer Benjamin Brafman wrote in an e-mail to The Associated Press that Burress will turn himself in Monday morning in New York City and "will enter a plea of not guilty later that same day." He met with Burress for about an hour Sunday at the player's home in New Jersey. New York police and NFL security are investigating what happened Friday. Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce was interviewed by NFL security at the team's hotel Saturday, Reese said. Burress was inactive for Week 13 at the Redskins, officially with a hamstring injury, but he has allegedly shot himself on accident in his thigh on Friday night. His injuries are not life-threatening, but according to The NFL Today's Charley Casserly, Burress is expected to not even try running for a couple of weeks. That's going to mean he won't even be near a football field for a couple of weeks.

Browns lose another QB
Browns QB Derek Anderson, starting in place of the injured Brady Quinn, sprained the medial collateral ligament in his left knee when he was hit by the helmet of his teammate in the closing minutes of Week 13 against the Colts. Beleaguered Browns coach Romeo Crennel said Anderson "may be in tough shape" and said Ken Dorsey is his starter for next Sunday at Tennessee. "It's not very good," said Anderson, who will undergo more tests on Monday. "I felt a burn, a pain. It's disappointing." He finished 16-of-26 passing for 110 yards, losing a fumble.

Kellen Winslow leaves game with ankle injury
Browns TE Kellen Winslow, already playing with a sprained right shoulder, left Week 13 against the Colts with an injured ankle. Winslow was hurt on the first play of the second half while blocking on a running play. He was helped to his feet but walked to the sideline without assistance and was taken to the locker room for X-rays. He finished the game with three catches for 15 yards.
