is it just me or has this team totally quit for the year? i have been a reds fan since the mid 60's when I was 6 years old, and have never seen a team quit like this. Even the 1982 team that lost 102 games did not quit this is awful. No life, no pride, nothing they are not even playing out the string. it is a sad reflection on the ownership group and the general manager. i may never go to another game again unitl this team is totally blown up and we start from scratch.

It was great to see Joey Jay, Cesar Geronimo, Gary Herman, and Barry Larkin. Geronimo's induction makes all starters except for Pete Rose from the Big Red Machine days in the Reds HOF. For one who grew up watching these guys they were the greatest team I ever saw.

It is sad that Pete will never join then in the HOF.

Am I the only one outraged by the lack of attention that Ken Griffey Jr. has gotten in the run to 600 steriod free home runs. Granted his tenure in Cincinnati hasn't been the greatest, but good God he will be one of only 6 major leaguers to ever accomplish this feat. Let's get behind him!
