Willie and Seg take over the ATP!
I was lucky to witness Willie and Seg take over the ATP on Saturday night in the middle of the Senior's Tournament. Willie was teamed up with Luke Jensen and Seg was teamed up with David Wheaton, both with very impressive tennis resumes. The big surprise of the night was the tennis acumen of Seg! He was all over the court. We all knew Willie would be a fantastic tennis player, as he is good in every sport he tries. Seg was amazing and he immediately won over the audience. The score was close...Willie won by one....but it was after the shenanigans of his teammate Luke and himself arguing with the Umpire and a few other shady plays. Good times were had by all! The Big One is proud of our tennis players!

What I'm still doing on my summer vacation
The other day I learned Principle Tammy is a big West Virginia fan and is annoyed that Xavier beat WV. I gave her the history of Bob Huggins and offered no appologies for Xavier beating WV. I even wore my Xavier t-shirt the other day to camp. (Tammy is great at playing practicle jokes so I don't feel bad) The Moeller guys left her a little message today on one of her boards, the picture is in my photos of today. We had a special movie screening of Sponge Bob today for the kids, had a 'Red Carpet" and photo session as the entered the "Theatre." A couple of samples are also in today's photos. Tomorrow, we are having some "Olympics" and i have hig hopes for "The Clifford Reds."
What I'm doing on my summer vacation 2!
As I continue my week, I get more excited as I get to know the kids better. What is interesting, is there are more boys than girls. And apparently, not a lot has Fathers in their lives. They are really looking up to the Moeller Guys who are on this trip helping clean and paint the school to get it ready for the school year. Today we had a crime scene. Someone stole the money from the piggy bank with our movie money in it. (tomorrow is movie day) the kids learned how to finger print and other small forensic things to figure out who did it. I played a suspect named Lou Lou who collects pigs...but i didn't take the money...really! The kids figured out who did it and movie day is still on tomorrow. We're having our own screening of Sponge Bob Square Pants. Rumor has it Sponge Bob may call in, or may show up. some pictures show the kids playing water games...it got very hot after big storms last night. I heard the big storms rolled through Cincinnati. I think we got the same storms. The Moeller Guys had a big Football game tonight at a picnic. Still not sure who won, but good times were had by all!
