Did I miss something? If I recall correctly Ahmad Brooks was supposed to have a court date on June 6 for allegedly hitting a woman in the face. June 6 has come and gone and I have heard nothing. Does anyone know what's going on with Ahmad Brooks?

 Here is my Adam Dunn bobblehead theory. The Reds have been shopping the Big Donkey for a long time now. The Reds front office hatched a plan in the off-season to get revenge on the Nationals for trading them an injured Gary Majewski. This is why the Reds created a plain clothed Dunn bobblehead to be given away on July 26. The Reds know good and well Dunn won't be in a Cincinnati uniform in late July. The following may be taking place right now.

 Bowden: Hello this is Jim Bowden.

 Jocketty: Hey Leatherpants, this is Walt Jockety with the Reds. Would you be interested in trading your 3 best pitching prospects for Adam Dunn?

 Bowden: (Salivating, but playing hard to get) Um, maybe.....

 Jocketty: What if I threw in 30,000 Adam Dunn bobbleheads?

 Bowden: (Jumping for joy) Deal!!!!!

Rumor has that Pete Rose will be in town for the game on Tuesday. It's always interesting to see how some people in this town continue to kiss Pete's rear end. If he is such a great Cincinnatian why isn't his primary residence here?  Johnny Bench, Ocscar Robertson, Anthony Munoz and Cris Collinsworth all continue to live here and give back to Cincinnati. Pete will probably pop into town, sell some trinkets with his name on it, eat some free meals at Ruby's and leave. Pete was a great player and deserves to be recognized by the hall of fame but why do some continue to see him as a hero? ...Pete says he is sorry he bet on baseball. Recently George Grande refered to Joe Nuxhall as the greatest Red ever while plugging an upcoming stadium promotion. These statements caused a stir with WEBN personality  Wildman Walker who quickly reaffirmed his Pete Rose man-crush by defending Pete as the "greatest Red".  I looooove Joe Nuxhall. He is my favorite Red but I may pick Johnny Bench as the "greatest Red" ever. Please drop me a comment as to who you think is the"greatest Red ever".
