All the hype of a possible Jay Bruce/Drew Stubbs reunion in the Reds outfield in 2009, let's me know that the more things change with the Reds the more things stay the same... Has it been 8 years since the Reds had two hot shot outfielders reunited in the Reds outfield??? Adam Dunn and Austin Kearns?? How did that work out??

Back Row: Paul Wilson (out of baseball) Austin Kearns ( Washington) Adam Dunn (Arizona) Ken Griffey Junior ( Chicago). Middle Row : Felipe Lopez ( St. Louis) Rich Aurillia (SF) Jason LaRue (St. Louis). Front Row:  Eric Milton (Out of Baseball) Ryan Freel (disabled) Aaron Harang (Winner of Survivor Island, still with the Reds). Less than 3 years and their all but gone... That's baseball folks.. Baseball in the Reds world. Now the 2009 souvenir: Chris Dickerson, Jay Bruce, Brandon Phillips, Jeff Keppinger, Edinson Volquez, Johnny Cueto, Joey Votto, Jerry Hairston, Javy Valentin, and Bronson Arroyo..

In 3 years how many of these Reds will be in a Reds uniform??? Oh well 9-2 Arizona !
