It's a free country. Why shouldn't they be allowed to do what they want? With you reasoning why do any of the non-network/cable/satellite channels feel they need their own channel? Thadd, you'd better look at the facts. TW wants to control what you can watch and charge you as much as possible for the least possible. The main thing the BTN wants is to be included on the basic tier. TW SUCKS!!! Why would I want to put up with them deciding what I get and charging me astronomical amounts for each step up. With DirecTV I get EVERYTHING except the movie channels for less than TW's basic package. With DirecTV I get to decide what I want to watch, not TW!
